Dad is out of surgery

Happy Friday afternoon.

My dad is out of surgery and all went very well. Dr Hardigan said he removed about another 12 inches of colon and took a "good look around". There was minimal scaring in the abdomen and his liver looked good. The plan right now is for him to go home in about 3 days. He does have heart and lung problems so those doctors have been asked to come in to see him and make sure all goes well.
